We are a proud member of the Maine Fiber Arts and will be participating in the annual state tour on August 7, 8 and 9th. There will be demonstrations including braiding, hooking, spinning, quilting, punchneedle, felting and more. Mariner's Compass Quilt class with Coleen (four classes) Wednesdays, beginning July 1st 5-7pm. Dramatic and classic come to mind when you see the results in creating this lovely quilt. Whether you choose a sea of rich batiks, a crisp sail of blacks and whites or a whimsical novelty theme you will be sure to enjoy the class and the project. Call for all the details. 

Primitive Rug Hooking Class with Janet Conners Thursday, July 9th 9am-1pm. What better way to use that lovely dyed wool than in a hooking class? Can't make it to Janet's dyeing class? Not to worry. You'll be in fine shape whether you're just starting out in the world of hooking or have had lots of experience. In this fun and informative atmosphere you'll get an abundance of information on how to complete a hooked rug project and how Maine played an essential part in the history of this beautiful art form. Join us.

Wedding Ring Table Runner with Coleen on two Wednesday classes, July 8th and July 22nd, 10:00am-12:00noon. If you haven't made this classic pattern previously you'll love the chance to try it in this size project. As beautiful as a bride.

Floor quilt project with Paula Rancourt, a series of three classes, Friday, July 24, July 31 and August 7th, 10:00am-12:00noon. $75.00 includes instruction and materials to create a floor quilt. Why not use some of the stash of fabric left from some of your other quilting projects to make a unique accessory to a room?
